Mint Kombucha Fizz

Dry January might be over but that doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying an alcohol free lifestyle. This great tasting mocktail is sophisticated and is just what you need to start your weekend off.

Ingredients

▪️Handful of mint (split into two glasses).
▪️1/4 of a cucumber, sliced with a speed peeler.
▪️1 lime (1/2 in each glass).
▪️100ml kombucha ginger + lemon.
▪️100ml coconut water.

Method

▪️Divide mint and lime between two glasses.
▪️Muddle lime and mint together to release the juice and aroma in the glasses.
▪️Speed peel the cucumber.
▪️Add 100ml of kombucha to each glass and top with 100 ml coconut water and the sliced cucumber.
